Moraine Lake, a glacially-fed lake, reaches its highest water levels by late June. The lake’s distinctive blue color is due to the light reflecting off the rock flour deposited by surrounding glaciers, peaking in June. The area around Moraine Lake features mountains, waterfalls, and rock piles, making it an ideal spot for canoeing and hiking on various trails. The view from the top of the Rockpile Trail is particularly famous, as it was depicted on the Canadian $20 bill from 1969 to 1979, known as the "Twenty Dollar View."
For those interested in visiting Moraine Lake, our travel agency offers an optional Fairview limousine service at CAD $50 per person. If you choose to purchase the shuttle service for both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise together, the combined cost is approximately CAD $80 (including tax).

From Canmore, we will depart for the meeting point at the A&W parking lot across from Canada Olympic Park(or your desired place in Calgary). We hope you had an enjoyable trip. Thank you.
